"Since 2010, C2b agency helps in the organisation of the biennial editions of ERTS congress (Embedded Real Times Systems, in Toulouse), organized in cooperation with the 3AF & the SEE Section Midi Pyrénées, and thus acquired a deep & thorough knowledge in the embedded systems and in their experts. As a key player in the organisation of such events, this agency has been able to develop strong skills around events management, which has proved to always be very useful in the long process required on this type of event. What to say about Beatrice and Caroline from C2b, except that they have a perfect knowledge and control over the context of our congresses, and that the entire ERTS steering committee has always unanimously praised their responsiveness and professionalism. C2b Congress is an agency which rigorously and under tight deadlines carries out the entrusted job, working in perfect agreement (ou "in close cooperation") with the Steering committee members to advise them and be attentive to the offered choices. Involved in the project dynamics, Beatrice and Caroline know how to mobilize and form an effective and reliable operational support for the success of these conferences."

B2C CONGRESS handled the Paris ISIT in 2019 and did a fantastic job. The team, led by Beatrice Valdayron & Caroline Zago, was dependable, highly engaged, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with many Conference Management companies over the past 25 years and B2C CONGRESS was the most enjoyable to work with. Their professionalism in working with the program committee, handling negotiations with the venue, making local arrangements, organizing off-site and on-site registration, and running the symposium was outstanding.

Executive Chair, IEEE ICC 2017

C2B Congress, represented by Caroline ZAGO and Béatrice VALDAYRON, was selected in 2014 as the official PCO for the 2017 IEEE International Conference on Communications (ICC 2017), which was held in Paris at the Palais des Congrès – Porte Maillot, on 21 – 25 May 2017. The company was in charge of all conference management and logistics fonctions ranging from all negotiations for selection of the venue, to organization of the committee meetings, tracking of the progress and of the financials, contracts with all vendors, on-line and on-site registration, as well as all on-site management functions and preparation of the final report of the conference.
As Executive Chair of this conference, which gathered some 2,300 participants from over 65 countries and whose massive technical program required the organization of 20 parallel sessions, I can witness that the performance of C2B Congress went well beyond our expectations. The company handled all management functions with a high degree of
professionalism, which gave a strong satisfaction to the organizing committee, and the feedback received from the conference attendees was overwhelmingly positive. In addition, the different initiatives taken by Caroline and Béatrice led to significant savings in the conference budget, while guaranteeing the best service.
Given the high level of satisfaction that we had for ICC 2017, I would engage C2B Congress without any hesitation for my future conferences, and I would strongly recommend it to other organizing committees.

The "European Conference on Antennas and Propagation" has been existing since 2006. It is THE major event in Europe in its domain, yearly gathering about 1300 participants with 1000 scientific communications, including scientific and industrial workshops and a large exhibition implying eminent industry and service companies. The conference is organized under the umbrella of EurAAP, a not-for-profit association that ensures the continuity from one edition to the next and provides high level specifications. This allows, among others, an increasing professionalism, well recognized in Europe and beyond since about 1/3 of the participants has a non european origin (Americas and Asia, mainly).
Béatrice Valdayron and Caroline Zago have been essential pillars for the conference success. Indeed, their great experience in the logistic and practical organization of such events, their good personal relations with the venue staff and their hands-on knowledge of the environment have widely helped in mastering the various duties and activities, which are numerous for an event of that size. To this I must add the motivation, availability and pleasant temper, all non contractual aspects that are not the less important in the daily progress. Let me thank them warmly.

ECOC 2014 Technical Programme Committee Chairs
05 May 2015
When we accepted to join the adventure of the ECOC 2014 conference as Technical Program co-Chairs, we anticipated that some of our nights and week-ends would be affected, but we clearly underestimated the personal investment that it would take from us. ECOC (European Conference on Optical Communications) was held in Cannes in 2014. It is the second largest scientific conference in the field by its attendance and probably the first by its technical quality. In contrast to many other events of the same kind, it moves from one European city to the next every year and is always organized by a different team. The credibility of the conference is closely bound with the abidance to a strict process, for submitting papers, having them reviewed fairly by peers and giving to the authors the best experience when presenting their work. We were glad to hear that all these steps were reported as very successful by the attendees.
It was a real pleasure working with Caroline and Beatrice. They were extremely professional, always supportive, dependable, committed, never hesitated to spend nights solving organization issues. They were involved at every step of the review process (and they are many of them, as we discovered!), in strict respect of all the deadlines. The feedback from the technical committee (110 experts from around the world) was overwhelmingly positive, in particular during the Technical Program Review meeting, where reviews were synchronized and papers selected, which was perfectly organized. The conference itself went smoothly and received outstanding feedback from the attendees. All in all, C2b was truly instrumental in making ECOC 2014 the success that it turned out to be. The "best ECOC ever", according to some attendees.

As members during the period 2003-2014 of the European Management Committee (EMC) of the international conférence ECOC*, we had the responsibility to organize in 2006 and 2014 the French venue of this worldwide recognized congress in the famous Palais des Festivals de Cannes. For the 2006 edition, we had for the first time the opportunity to work with Béatrice Valdayron and Caroline Zago who were in charge of all logistical aspects of the congress organization (planning and meetings, relations with service providers, delegate registration, Website, paper submission and conference proceedings edition, etc…). The congress was quite successful, with excellent feedback from delegates.
In 2010, it was decided by the ECOC EMC that the congress would be back again in France in 2014. At the early stage of the organization, it did not take us a long while before thinking of our two ladies of C2B Congress for helping us organize this new venue in the Palais des Festivals, in Cannes, under the administration of the System@tic Paris-Région competitive cluster. Once again ECOC 2014 was quite successful, owing to the great professional work of C2B, that we warmly recommend for the organization of such events.
